It is difficult to tell how the treatment with Alpha-Stim influences me. I am having one of the worst periods of depression, anxienty and confusion that I ever had to go through. I am trying everything to get better: meditation, sport, PT and Alpha-Stim. Alpha-Stim seems to help me to relax when I`m overwhelmed with thoughts and anxiety, I feel calmer after the treatment
